You will have a personalized treatment program to fit your needs to keep you healthy and pain-free.
Do you take my insurance?
We are an "out of network" provider. The short answer is we work for YOU, not your insurance company. We save you both time and money by getting you better - faster. Why don't we take insurance? Insurance companies dictate treatments. Treatments that take more time and are not as effective, which is what you see in a traditional therapy setting, where providers struggle to spend even 15 minutes one-on-one with their clients. By removing insurance from the equation, you are in charge of your healthcare experience. Therefore, we believe in autonomy with regard to treating our clients and as a result we are able to offer one-on-one, research-based treatment methods to provide the level of care needed, meaning faster results in fewer treatments. Each client at the end of every treatment will be provided a superbill so you can file a claim with your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please call us for pricing.
What is blood flow restriction therapy?
We are one of the few therapy providers that offer Blood Flow Restriction therapy (BFR) in the Dallas area and is often incorporated into our clients’ treatment sessions. BFR is cutting-edge therapy that acts as a force multiplier for the traditional therapeutic exercises commonly prescribed in physical therapy. Blood Flow Restriction therapy involves placing a tourniquet around your limb during exercise to restrict blood flow from the working muscle. The reduced muscle oxygen flow to the working muscle causes it to fatigue and work harder, resulting in a cascade of physiological benefits including an increase in muscle strength and size at lower loads. With the combination of deoxygenated muscle tissue and low-load exercises, other physiological effects that will occur are a rapid increase in cardiovascular function, tissue regeneration, the release of growth hormones, and bone healing. Treatment effects seen after 12-16 weeks of traditional strengthening exercises can be observed as soon as 2 weeks with BFR.
Do you offer therapy “packages”?
Yes! Besides individual sessions, we also offer unique packages at a discounted rate such as the WELLNESS WARRIOR package, The ELITE 8 package, and our most popular BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION (BFR) STRENGTH package. Please call us for information and pricing!
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes! Telehealth/virtual physical therapy services are offered. We will identify your problem areas through listening and observation of movement, then guide you through a treatment plan customized for you!
